Dr. Sahil Gupta, an IIM Ahmedabad alumnus with a Ph.D. in Digital Marketing Strategies, brings over a decade of academic and industry experience, including a year as an Oracle DBA. He is currently an Associate Professor at Jaipuria School of Business, Ghaziabad, and has previously held roles at Chandigarh University, IMS Ghaziabad, and Chitkara University. He serves as Guest Associate Professor at UCSI University, Guest Faculty at IIFT New Delhi, and PhD Coursework faculty at Gujarat National Law University. With 35 Scopus international publications listed in A*/A/SSCI category and won multiple Best Paper awards at various platforms.
Dr. Soni Sharma is an associate professor of business communication at Jaipuria School of Business in Delhi-NCR. National Institute of Skill Training certified her as a trainer. She also taught communication in Indonesia for two years. She taught Communication and Public Relations at Medan's University of Harrappan. She mentored and moderated several notable international research groups. She also trains in Witten and cross-cultural communication, focusing on soft skills. Personal Effectiveness for Managers, Team Building, Time Management, and Negotiation are her specialties. She has led Executive and Management Development Programs in Indonesia, Malaysia, and Germany for PT Oleochem, Sinarmas Oleochemicals, Power Grid, GAIL, BHEL, Indian Postal Staff College, Indian Pharmacopeia, Institute of Biological, and Indian Institute of Packaging.
