Jaipuria School of Business organized a practitioner session on February 24, 2022, which Mr. Amol Agrawal, Manager: Relations & Sales at DAMAC Properties, Dubai, headed.

The practitioner session started with a welcome address by Prof. (Dr. ) Tapan Kumar Nayak, The Director of Jaipuria School for Business. He stressed the importance and relevance of marketing in today’s digital era. He advised students to take advantage of these practitioner sessions, which will help them learn more about what it takes to succeed with their businesses or careers!

With the digital era around us, marketers need to have an engaging and creative approach. To not fall behind in this fast-paced marketing world, we need new ideas to pull people into our message rather than push them away.

Moving ahead, Mr. Agrawal shared his insights on these aspects of buying behavior that integrates for a company’s strategy to be successful. He also shared his insights on the 4Ps: product, place(s), promotion, and price. He said that it’s essential not just for startups but in any business you are selling something (whether digital or physical).

Mr. Agrawal also shared his thoughts on how students should approach high-end customers for building relationships and having personalized approaches. Marketing research can help organizations understand these behaviors and develop strategies that are most likely to succeed.

Understanding consumer behavior is essential for an effective marketing strategy. A company’s ability to identify and respond quickly to changing customer needs will determine its success in the marketplace.

Mr. Agrawal also recommended that students should take the time to research their customer profiles through digital platforms to understand who these people are and how best they can serve them.

The students especially enjoyed this session, which was an eye-opening experience for them. They left with a newfound knowledge of marketing their products more effectively. The students were engaged and enthusiastic during this engaging session. They also asked many questions regarding marketing strategy and consumer behavior.
