About the Journal

OJAS Expanding Knowledge Horizon is an International Journal of Research in Management published bi-annually by Jaipuria School of Business, Indirapuram, Ghaziabad. OJAS endeavours to address the issues faced by management practitioners, academicians and researchers in the field of business and economy with a goal to provide managerial insights in a reader friendly approach.

The OJAS Expanding Knowledge Horizon is published in June and December every year. It encourages manuscripts submission with emphasis on theoretical research as well as applied research carried for solving business problems.

The area above is not an exhaustive list; the manuscripts are accepted from the related of areas if it meets the aim and scope of the journal. The journal is available in Index Copernicus International, J-GATE and Directory of Research Journal Indexing

Aim and Scope

"OJAS Expanding Knowledge Horizon" is a peer-reviewed journal following the ‘double-blind’ review process. All manuscripts submitted to OJAS undergo a preliminary review at the Editor-in-chief office, and qualified manuscripts are forwarded to the Executive Editor. It is then either assigned to two reviewers from the editorial board or rejected.

Manuscripts have to be submitted by email to ojas@jaipuria.edu.in or through the online form. Submissions via any other mail or email will not be processed for review.

The primary features of the journal are as below:

Research Papers

Research papers are expected to have substantial original contribution to the body of knowledge in management or allied disciplines. The research papers can be on conceptual, empirical, analytical and experimental.

Perspectives

Perspectives articles present a synthesis of the knowledge of business processes and systems offering solutions and value to the practitioners and scholars.

Case Studies

Case studies should feature real-life managerial decision contexts in the form of instructional cases and its analysis for the benefit of academia.

Book Reviews
