A curriculum that evolves every day
Advance your know-how with an experiential curriculum
JSB’s PGDM curriculum brings business leadership to the classroom. It is a result of constant reviews by the corporate fraternity in partnership with our academic advisory council members, industry associates and established alumni.
So apart from addressing ever-evolving industry needs and business dynamics, the focus has been largely based on 2020’s National Education Policy by the Ministry of Education, Govt. of India. This in turn aims at high thought progression, critical examination and problem-solving skills leading to employability & corporate readiness of JSBians.

Setting a sturdy
academic foundation
The course curriculum follows a robust structure. In the 1st year, all the students pursue the same course of study that enables them to build a firm foundation of management concepts. Subsequently in the final year, specializations are offered.
The first 3 terms (1st Year) are devoted to foundation courses, exhaustively covering core areas of management with a mandatory six-eight weeks Summer Internship for corporate exposure.
The next 3 terms (2nd Year) offer a bouquet of elective areas out of which 2 are to be chosen as part of dual specialization.
Core courses are compulsory for all students and comprise more than 50 percent of the entire curriculum. The core courses aim to inculcate fundamental contextual understanding, conceptual based knowledge, analytical skills and techniques, environmental cognizance and overall perspective, which will serve as the foundation of the programme. Elective courses – offered in terms IV & V provide students a profound understanding of various functional areas.
