Dr. Vibha Verma works as an Assistant Professor of Operations at Jaipuria School of Business (Ghaziabad). She has prior teaching experience at International School of Business and Media (Bangalore) and IILM University (Gurugram). Her research interests encompass operations research, quantitative techniques, supply chain management, quality management, and software reliability, among others. She earned her Ph.D. in Operational Research from the University of Delhi, focusing on Software Reliability Assessment, under the joint guidance of Prof. Anu Gupta Aggarwal and Prof. Sameer Anand. Her doctoral thesis is titled “Some Contributions to Quantitative Assessment of Software Reliability and Related Optimization Problems.” Additionally, she holds an M.Phil. in Marketing Management from the Department of Operational Research at the University of Delhi, supervised by Prof. Anu Gupta Aggarwal. The focus of her M.Phil. dissertation was “A study on Warranty Models in Marketing.” She has authored 21 research papers in SCI/SCOPUS/ABDC/reputable peer-reviewed journals, conference proceedings indexed by SCOPUS, and contributed to edited book chapters.
