International Guest Lecture Mr. Mark Lennon

Dr. (Prof.) Mark Lennon, Professor of Innovation, Pennsylvania Western University, USA conducted a virtual session on “FINTECH & Youth Empowerment” on April 14,2023. During his engaging and informative session, he emphasized the current generation to be skill-enabled. He shared his insights on how Finance has become technology enables service. He mentioned ChatGPT to create a big financial impact. Banks and other financial institutions will be benefited from the technology by being able to operate more efficiently, cut expenses, and provide better customer service. Financial institutions may now automate a number of basic processes thanks to ChatGPT, which frees up people to work on more difficult jobs. Financial institutions may now better understand the needs and preferences of their clients with the help of FinTech.
