International Webinar – “International Career Opportunities & Employability” by Dr. Geoffrey Clements, Chairman, Common Wealth Infrastructure Partners, London, UK

Jaipuria School of Business always envisioned of providing purposeful education to its future managers with an international acquaintance through interacting with eminent personalities from the international arena. In the International webinar Series, JSB organized a webinar on “International Career Opportunities & Employability” by Dr. Geoffrey Clements, Chairman, Common Wealth Infrastructure Partners, London enlightened our students with his expertise. He emphasized the role of India on a global platform which is making the Indian population better employable for National & International firms. He added further how Indian standards and global standards, liberalization, and economic reforms are interdependent factors for economic growth.

He also emphasized how India is the only country with an immense workforce capacity that is capable to fulfil international needs and massive global requirements for talented professionals. Our postgraduate management students at Indian higher education institutions must be prepared and qualified to take up these opportunities and build a successful global careers. He advised our future managers to adopt a professional orientation from the beginning of their studies.

The session ended with a highly interactive Q&A session. Students were thoroughly engaged and inquisitive while asking questions. Our Director General, Dr. Rajiv Thakur, extended a warm welcome and gratitude to Dr. Geoffrey.
