About the Journal

“ OJAS  Expanding Knowledge Horizon” is an international research journal in management, published bi-annually by Jaipuria School of Business, Indirapuram, Ghaziabad. Dedicated to bridging the gap between theory and practice, OJAS aims to address key challenges faced by management practitioners, academicians, and researchers in business and economics, offering valuable managerial insights in an accessible format.

Published in June and December each year, OJAS welcomes manuscript submissions that emphasize both theoretical advancements and applied research, focusing on innovative solutions to real-world business problems.

Aim and Scope

“OJAS Expanding Knowledge Horizon” is a peer-reviewed journal that follows a rigorous double-blind review process. All submitted manuscripts undergo an initial screening by the Editor-in-Chief. Those meeting the journal’s standards are forwarded to the Executive Editor, who either assigns them to two reviewers from the editorial board or declines the submission.

Manuscripts must be submitted via email to ojas@jaipuria.edu.in or through the official online form. Submissions sent through any other channels will not be considered for review.

The primary features of the journal are as below:

Research Papers

Research papers are expected to have substantial original contribution to the body of knowledge in management or allied disciplines. The research papers can be on conceptual, empirical, analytical and experimental.

Perspectives

Perspectives articles present a synthesis of the knowledge of business processes and systems offering solutions and value to the practitioners and scholars.

Case Studies

Case studies should feature real-life managerial decision contexts in the form of instructional cases and its analysis for the benefit of academia.

Book Reviews
