Jaipuria School of Business recently organised an I-Lead Session on ‘Diverse and Creative Leadership’ on Saturday, October 14, 2023, and it was a game-changer.
The Guest Speaker for the day was Mr. Jagpreet Brar, Director, KPMG Learning Academy. Mr. Brar’s insights on leadership were not only insightful but interesting as well. He shared the importance of diversity in leadership and what it truly means to be a leader. His real-time experiences turned these insights into fascinating stories that resonated with all.
One key takeaway of the session was to “Think as if there is no box”. This mantra opened student’s minds to a whole new perspective on leadership. They were challenged to break free from conventional thinking and explore innovative solutions.
The session wrapped up with an engaging Q&A, where Mr. Brar answered our burning questions, and a lively quiz that added an element of fun to this enlightening experience.
