Dr. Saloni Chitkara serves as Associate Dean (Student Welfare) at Jaipuria School of Business and also leads Media Relations and the Alumni Cell. With over 20 years of extensive experience in academics, research, administration, and student engagement, she has made significant contributions to higher education through her commitment to holistic institutional development.
She holds a Ph.D. from Aligarh Muslim University with specialization in Reverse Logistics and sustainability. She also earned an M.Phil. in Mathematics from University of Delhi.
Dr. Chitkara’s academic expertise spans a diverse range of subjects including Operations and Supply Chain Management, Total Quality Management (TQM), Decision Sciences, Operations Research, Statistics, and Business Research Methods. Throughout her distinguished career, she has been actively engaged in teaching, mentoring, and guiding students while fostering practical, experiential, and industry-oriented learning approaches that bridge academic concepts with real-world applications.
Her research interests encompass reverse logistics, supply chain management, quality management, and analytical decision-making. She has authored numerous research papers published in reputed national and international journals and developed several case studies addressing contemporary business and management challenges. Her scholarly work reflects a strong commitment to integrating academic rigor with practical relevance, generating meaningful insights for both industry and the academic community.
Apart from her academic and research contributions, Dr. Chitkara plays a key role in strengthening student engagement initiatives, institutional outreach, alumni relations, and industry-academia collaboration, contributing significantly to the growth and development of the institution
Dr. Monika Aggarwal is an academician, trainer, and management educator with over two decades of professional experience, including nearly five years of industry experience. She holds a Ph.D. from IGNOU, New Delhi, has qualified UGC-NET, and completed her Master’s degree from Kurukshetra University, Kurukshetra.
Her teaching and training interests include Marketing, Managerial Communication, Personal and Professional Skills, Corporate Readiness, and Employability Enhancement. She has been actively involved in mentoring management students by strengthening their communication, confidence, professional conduct, and placement readiness through a practical and student-centric approach.
Her previous academic and training associations with institutions such as New Delhi Institute of Management, IMS Ghaziabad, and Frankfinn Institute of Air Hostess Training have added depth to her teaching approach and student-centric mentoring.
Her professional journey reflects a strong blend of industry exposure, classroom teaching, and skill-based mentoring. She has published papers in reputed journals and has contributed articles to TravTalk India, a popular South-East Asian travel trade magazine. She has also served as Editor with Tourism Management, Elsevier.
Dr. Namita Nath is BE (Chemical Engineering), MBA and PhD, having a rich blend of Corporate and Academic experience of over 29 years. She has 10 years of industry experience having worked in domains such as e-commerce, IT, textiles, petrochemicals.
Dr. Namita has an extensive academic experience of over 19 years in teaching and mentoring of management students. All through her academic career she has been actively involved in looking after the academic activities of the college in her capacity as Chairperson – PGDM Programme as well as Dean Academics. Apart from handling academic chair she has also handled key responsibilities of Student Mentoring Programme.
Dr. Namita has actively been involved in organizing FDPs, MDPs, Workshops, Guest Lectures; developing case studies and research work.
Some of her key interest areas of research include Digitalization of Marketing; Business-to-Consumer E-commerce; Digital transformation; Entrepreneurship. She has published numerous research papers in SCOPUS, ABDC and UGC-Care listed journals as well as conference proceedings. Dr. Namita has also published books and book chapters.
Additionally, she has been reviewer for various management specific journals as well as the Case Studies of reputed journals. Dr. Namita has won accolades for the best PhD thesis and her case study published in Emerald Emerging Markets Case Studies.
Dr. Anju Tripathi is a committed professional having a versatile profile, with more than 20 years of wide experience in Academics and contributed in various Academic administration roles. She has completed PhD from Uttarakhand Technical University, Dehradun in the HR area and qualified UGC NET also. She is HR Analytics practitioner, has certification in Executive Education Programme on ‘Advanced HR Analytics’ by IIM, Rohtak. She has completed the POSH Certified Trainer’s Program conducted by Indian Society for Training & Development (ISTD). She has published 17 Research papers in Web of Science, SCOPUS and reputed indexed journals, published two patents and presented 30+ papers at International and National conferences and seminars, earning awards like Outstanding Paper at SMF-NITI Aayog 2025, held at IIM, Jammu and Best Paper in HR track in year 2024. She has been invited as Session chair in International Conferences in reputed institutions. Additionally, she has PhD Scholars registered in HR Domain. She has served as Trainer in Capacity Building Program for CBSE teachers, organized by Department of Skill Education, CBSE, New Delhi and conducted training for Indian oil Corporation Limited for Grade ‘A’ officers. She has been associated with CBSE as Content Writer for Teacher Training Manual, Department of Skill Education, CBSE, New Delhi. She actively participates in FDPs, NPTEL courses (Gold medal and Elite silver medal), and organizing events like HR conclaves, Workshops, Webinars and FDPs.

Dr. Vibha Verma is an Assistant Professor of Operations at Jaipuria School of Business, Ghaziabad. She brings with her diverse academic experience, having previously taught at the International School of Business and Media (Bangalore) and IILM University (Gurugram). Her teaching portfolio includes operations management, total quality management, project management, statistics, quality control and Six Sigma, research methodology, and supply chain modelling and analytics. She holds a Ph.D. in Operational Research from the University of Delhi, where her research focused on software reliability assessment and related optimization problems. She also earned an M.Phil. in Marketing Management from the Department of Operational Research, University of Delhi.
Dr. Verma’s research interests include software reliability, optimization techniques, operations research, quantitative techniques, supply chain management, and quality management. Her work emphasizes the use of analytical and quantitative approaches to address complex decision-making challenges in business and industry. An active researcher, Dr. Verma has published several research papers in SCI, SCOPUS, and ABDC-indexed journals, along with contributions to SCOPUS-indexed conference proceedings and edited book chapters.
I am a dedicated academician with over 17 years of experience spanning both education and industry. I hold a bachelor’s and a master’s degree in commerce from the University of Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, where I was awarded a Gold Medal for academic excellence. Further advancing my scholarly pursuits, I earned a Ph.D. in Commerce from Barkatullah University, Bhopal, with my research focusing on An Evaluation of Fiscal Policy in India.
My commitment to professional growth led me to the prestigious Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Ahmedabad, where I successfully completed the six-week Faculty Development Program (FDP), earning the esteemed IIMA Alumni status.
Before transitioning fully into academia, I gained approximately seven years of industry experience in accounting and taxation, serving as an Accounting Officer and Assistant Tax Consultant in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh. Building on this foundation, I have spent over nine years teaching undergraduate and postgraduate students in commerce and management programs. Additionally, I have guided two doctoral candidates in their research endeavors while serving as the Associate Dean at the School of Commerce & Management, D.Y. Patil Agriculture & Technical University.
My academic contributions include presenting over 14 research papers at national and international conferences and publishing four papers in nationally recognized, peer-reviewed journals. In October 2024, I joined Jaipuria School of Business as an Assistant Professor, continuing my academic excellence and knowledge dissemination journey.
Dr. Charul Agrawal is a Ph.D. from Amity University, Noida, and is also UGC-NET qualified. She has been AKTU topper for her batch.She brings nearly 15 years of teaching experience in the Management domain, with a strong academic and research orientation.Her research interests lie in the areas of Consumer Psychology and Digital Marketing. She has presented her work at various national and international conferences, and has authored multiple research papers and book chapters published in reputed journals indexed in Scopus and ABDC.
Dr. Agrawal also has a deep interest in content development and blog writing. Her blogs on travel and lifestyle have been featured on well-known websites. Additionally, she is passionate about developing teaching case studies aimed at enhancing the learning experience of management students.
Dr. Gunjan Tripathi , Associate Professor Jaipuria School of Business, Ghaziabad is an accomplished academic and corporate professional with over 18 years of experience in banking, finance, and corporate operations, and more than 8 years in teaching. She specializes in Finance, Banking & Insurance, Risk Management, and Sustainability. A prolific researcher, Dr. Tripathi has published in reputed ABDC, Scopus and Web of Science indexed journals and has presented her work at prestigious national and international conferences, including those hosted by IIMs and IITs. Her scholarly contributions have been recognized with four Best Paper Presentation Awards. She holds 4 patents to her credit and has successfully guided two research scholars to the award of their PhD degrees, demonstrating her commitment to nurturing the next generation of academics. She has previously served as a member of the BFSI Committee at the PHD Chamber of Commerce. Her corporate tenure includes roles at Unit Trust of India, HDFC Bank, and BSCPL. She has held academic positions at reputed institutions such as SGT University, GIBS, I P University and Amity University. Dr. Tripathi is a JAIIB-qualified member of the Indian Institute of Banking and Finance and holds multiple certifications from AMFI and NCFM.
Dr Shweta Saxena holds a doctoral degree in English, awarded by the Department of Humanities and Social Sciences, IIT Kanpur, in 2011. She also holds a Cambridge CELTA certification. She has more than 16 years of academic experience in various government and private institutes of higher education, and one year of Industry experience as a Subject Matter Expert (English) working for Uber India Systems Private Limited. She has been a prolific researcher with more than 30 publications in reputed national and international journals, including SCOPUS and Web of Science indexed journals. Under her research supervision, two PhD and four M.Phil. scholars completed their theses and were awarded degrees. She has a penchant for guiding students in acquiring the requisite skills and techniques of effective and empathetic communication through which they not only lead but also inspire and motivate others in their pursuit of attaining personal and professional goals.
Dr. Swadha Bhartia is an Assistant Professor at Jaipuria School of Business with prior teaching experience at PIBM, Pune and Amity University, Noida. She brings over nine years of experience in Business communication, Academic Discourses and Text Analysis with a teaching style that combines clarity, warmth and practical relevance. Her expertise lies in Presentation Skills, Executive Presence, Emotional Intelligence, Applied Linguistics, Leadership and Storytelling. Her teaching philosophy is rooted in the belief that effective learning happens when students feel both inspired and equipped.
A recipient of the NFLP Certificate, Ministry Of Education, Government Of India from IIM Ranchi, 2026 Batch 8, Dr. Bhartia is committed to continuous learning and academic leadership.Guided by the philosophy “Lead with example,” she aims to help learners speak with confidence, think with clarity and grow with purpose. Her doctoral research in Text Organization focuses on cohesion and coherence in ESL texts, and her work has been published in international journals. Her recent research papers include studies on coherence, cohesion, and metadiscourse in engineering, management, law and humanities texts with publications and conference presentations.
She has also contributed chapters to edited volumes such as Humanities and Social Sciences: A Multidisciplinary Approach (Taylor & Francis, 2026) and AI Powered Marketing: Exploring Consumer Behaviour in MetaVerse and VR Platforms (Springer, 2026), reflecting her interest in communication, emerging technologies, and business education. Through the Jaipuria International Leadership Series, she has engaged with global voices such as Pratham Gupta (Dubai), Ankasha Arif (Dubai) and Tanu Siddharth (UK). She is an active member of CII - Yi and believes in thinking "out of the box" when conducting sessions at JSB.
Her classroom and training practice is grounded in real-world application. She has used contemporary cases such as Zepto in India: Quick Commerce Race and Netflix Household: Ending the Era of Shared Screens to help learners connect communication with strategy and digital change. She has also conducted Management Development Programmes for diverse learner groups, including performing artists, and works with GetSetToWork.ai to strengthen employability through communication and workplace readiness.
Prof. Aishvarya Chaudhary is an experienced academician with around two decades of experience in premier management and engineering institutions. She is currently pursuing her Ph.D. from Gautam Buddha University, Greater Noida, where she secured All India Rank-1. She holds an MBA with dual specialization in Human Resource Management and International Business from Vidyasagar University, along with an Advanced Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management and a diploma in Business Management from IMT Ghaziabad.
She began her academic journey with a Bachelor’s degree in English Literature from the University of Delhi, which strengthened her communication skills and enabled her to deliver employability training for students and conduct personality development programs for staff.
Her teaching spans General Management, HRM, Organizational Behaviour, Entrepreneurship, Design Thinking, and International Business, with a focus on experiential and student-centric learning. She actively contributes to academia through FDPs, conferences, and workshops, reflecting her commitment to continuous learning and research.

Dr. Leena is an accomplished academician with over a decade of experience in teaching and research. She holds a Ph.D. in Human Resource Management Banasthali Vidyapith. She also holds an MBA in Human Resource Management and has further strengthened her expertise through executive programmes in Data Analytics from the Indian Institute of Management Jammu and HR Analytics from the Indian Institute of Management Rohtak. With over 10 years of academic and professional experience, she brings a strong blend of theoretical insight and analytical application to the classroom. Her research has been published in reputed journals, and she has presented her work at several national and international conferences. She has also actively participated in workshops, seminars, and faculty development programmes, reflecting her commitment to continuous learning and academic excellence.
