She is  a committed professional having versatile profile, with more than 19 years of qualitative and wide experience in Academics and Academic Management activities. She has completed PhD from Uttarakhand Technical University, Dehradun in HR area. She is HR Analytics practitioner, has certification in Executive Education Programme on ‘Advanced HR Analytics’ by IIM, Rohtak. She has published Research papers in Web of Science, SCOPUS and reputed indexed journals, also presented papers in various International and National Seminars and Conferences.

She has served as Trainer in Capacity Building Program for CBSE teachers, organized by Department of Skill Education, CBSE, New Delhi and conducted training for Indian oil Corporation Limited for Grade ‘A’ officers. She has been associated with CBSE as Content Writer for Teacher Training Manual, Department of Skill Education, CBSE, New Delhi. She is associated with reputed journals as a reviewer. She is contributing in management area as an active member of NMA.
