Dr. Nitin Kr Saxena is a distinguished academic and industry professional, serving as the Associate Dean (Development) and Professor of Marketing at Jaipuria School of Business. With a rich blend of industry and academic experience, he is also the chairperson for the PGDM program, guiding future business leaders with his extensive expertise.

Dr. Saxena is an esteemed alumnus of IIM Ahmedabad, holding a Ph.D. in Brand Management, awarded for the Best Ph.D. Thesis. His career spans over 13 years in the industry and more than 6 years in academia, having worked with prominent companies like Vodafone, Reliance Communications, Idea Cellular, and HCL. His practical insights and real-life case studies enrich his teaching, making him a valuable educator in Marketing & Analytics.

Recognized as a Young Faculty by CEGR in 2023 and the Best Professor in Marketing Analytics by ICBM-AMP Academics Excellence Award in 2018, Dr. Saxena's contributions to academia are well-celebrated. He is also a visiting faculty member at Uniglobe College (Pokhara University), Nepal.

As the Chairperson of Accreditation & IQAC, Dr. Saxena plays a crucial role in quality assurance and accreditation processes, including NIRF and NBA. He conducts Faculty Development Programs at prestigious Indian universities.
