In the i-lead talk series, JSB organizes a session on  Agile Leadership delivered by a veteran industry expert, Dr.Virendra P.Singh, Chairman,Asia Coaching Network on 2 May,2023. The welcome address was conferred by honourable  Director General , Dr. Rajiv R. Thakur.

Dr.Singh apprised and inspired our students to be an agile leader. He further added that a good agile leader supports teamwork, client collaboration, employee satisfaction, and flexibility.  Agile leaders can recognize and accept the level of uncertainty and be ready to continuously learn and break away from learning. Dr.Tapan Kumar Nayak,Dean Academic proposed vote of thanks through his gratifying words.
