I am an emotionally stable person with passion to perform.
I am pursuing PhD from Aligarh Muslim University. I have ccompleted Advance Diploma in Business Management from All India Management Association (AIMA) 2017. Qualified UGC NET (Management) in 2005. I have also completed my Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management (PGDBM Full time equivalent to 2 years MBA program) from IISM Ranchi with specialisation in Human Resource Management.
I am a regular trainer at National Institute for Entrepreneurship and Small Business Development (NIESBUD), a premier organisation of the Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship. I have also taken MDP in Maruti Gram Udyog, Manesar and Cadilla Pharmaceuticals Ltd
I got an opportunity to teach Cross Cultural Management in Gannon University, Pennsylvania USA in year 2009.
Written research papers and chapters for national and international journals.
