Prof. Saloni Chitkara is an Associate Professor in Quantitative Techniques and Operations Management at Jaipuria School of Business, Indirapuram, Ghaziabad. With over 21 years of academic experience, she has been instrumental in shaping young minds through her expertise in Quantitative Techniques, Operations Research, and Operations Management.

She holds an M.Phil. in Mathematics from the University of Delhi and has submitted her Ph.D. in Operations at Aligarh Muslim University. Additionally, she has earned an Advanced Diploma in Business Management from AIMA (2017).

A prolific researcher, Prof. Chitkara has published numerous papers and Chapters  in national and international journals, including Scopus-indexed and UGC Care-listed journals, as well as international conferences. Her key research areas include Reverse Logistics, Statistics, and Operations Management. She has also contributed to case-based learning with four published case studies at The Case Centre, further enriching her academic and research portfolio.
