Caption for social media posting :The “Five Deck to Leadership” game, organized by the Operations, Tourism, and International Business Clubs, offered students of the PGDM Batch 2025–27 a dynamic and experiential journey into the world of leadership. Through five thoughtfully designed hurdles — Strategy Steps, Shape the Strategy, Decode to Lead, Find Your Focus, and Echo the Leader — students explored essential aspects of leadership such as planning, coordination, problem-solving, influence, and goal orientation. Each challenge pushed participants to think critically, act decisively, and collaborate effectively, simulating real-world management situations in a fun and engaging format. The activity not only tested their ability to lead under pressure but also helped them discover their strengths as future managers and changemakers.
